Audio Invaders and game center

Hey guys
I recently downloaded the IOS game called Audio Invaders. I would like to setup it's game center feature. When I go into the game center menu and tap login, I just hear a bling sound. Does that mean it was successful?
I'm very new to the game so I'm not sure. I really like the self voicing interface that was put into this game
